2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed
- A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent once your order is dispatched

4.3 International Shipping Costs

- Shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout
- We use reliable international courier services to ensure safe delivery
4.4 Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
Important: International customers are responsible for:
- All customs duties and import taxes imposed by the destination country
- Any fees charged by customs for processing your shipment
- Compliance with local import regulations
These charges are not included in the book price or shipping cost and are collected by customs authorities upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing an order.
4.5 International Tracking
- All international shipments include tracking information
- Tracking updates may be limited once the package enters the destination country's postal system
- You can track your package through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number
Note: All delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, festivals, customs processing delays, or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking number
- Tracking information to monitor your package's journey
- SMS updates on delivery status (where available)
6. Delivery Process
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM)
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the package
- Valid ID may be required at the time of delivery
- If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notification or contact you to reschedule
7. Delivery Issues
If you experience any delivery issues:
- Non-Delivery: If your order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us
- Damaged Package: If you receive a damaged package, please refuse delivery or note the damage before accepting and contact us immediately
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by customers
8. Address Changes
- Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped
- Please contact us immediately at contact@trayivani.in if you need to update your shipping address
- Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address
9. Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective book, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:
9.1 Eligible for Exchange
- Damaged Books: Books damaged during shipping
- Defective Books: Books with printing errors, missing pages, or binding issues
- Wrong Item: If you received the wrong book
9.2 Exchange Process
- Contact us at contact@trayivani.in within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and clear photos showing the damage or defect
- We will review your request within 2-3 business days
- Once approved, we will ship a replacement book at no additional cost:
- Domestic orders: Replacement delivered within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product
- International orders: Replacement delivered within 15-20 business days after we receive the returned product
- For domestic exchanges, we will arrange pickup of the damaged book
- For international exchanges, return shipping may be discussed case-by-case
9.3 Non-Exchangeable
- Books showing signs of use or reading
- Books damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling
- Requests made more than 7 days after delivery
10. Lost or Stolen Packages
Domestic Orders: If a package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 48 hours. We will work with the courier to investigate.
International Orders: Due to the complexities of international shipping, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders. We will assist in filing claims with the carrier but cannot guarantee replacement for lost international shipments without insurance.
